Using Graphics on Vehicles

Advertisers have really benefited from the many new advancements that have been made in the felid of auto graphics.

Until fairly recently the only real options available to marketers were flat vinyl or plastic stickers that could only be applied to those areas of the vehicle that were completely flat. This all changed with the introduction of vehicle wraps. While the old vinyl or plastic stickers still have applications where they would work best, vehicle wraps are quickly become the standard in auto graphics.

Advertising professional are turning to digital vehicle wraps more and more. The technology allows you to place the advertisements on just about anything, from high profile company cars to public transit vehicles such as commuter trains. One example is the recent wrapping of the Las Vegas monorail, which gives the advertiser the ability to catch the eye of potential customers throughout the downtown Las Vegas area.

Vehicle wrapping gives companies and advertising firms the ability to create custom graphics in a variety of shapes and sizes. Advertising campaigns can be even more effective when you match the type of vehicle with the message you are trying to convey, using a cool or popular car to promote products that appeal to the same type of consumers. Wrapped vehicles also give companies greater access to a larger audience than a standard billboard as they can travel all around town.

Sticker-Based Auto Graphics
There are still some benefits of using the traditional sticker based vehicle graphics. Some advantages of sticker based auto graphics is that they are much less expensive and are very easy to install. Sticker based graphics also work great if you have an entire fleet of vehicles you need to place advertising on, as they all you to mass produce an image that will be consistent across the fleet. Companies can also save both time and money by installing sticker based vehicle graphics on their own.
